1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using KnightFarm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service provides
KnightFarm is record-keeping software for laying-hen farm operations: daily production entry, automatic indicators (HD%, FCR, depletion, feed intake), feed cost, and reporting. The service is provided “as is”.
3. Your account
- One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.
- You must give a valid email address that we can reach you at.
4. Your data
- The farm data you enter remains yours.
- You can export it to CSV at any time.
- We use your data to run the service. We do not sell it.
- Aggregate statistics that cannot be traced back to any individual user may be used to improve the service.
5. Payment and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
- The Free plan is free forever, no credit card required.
- Cancelling moves the account down to the Free plan. Existing records are kept, but paid features stop being available.
- When you move down a plan, houses above the new limit are not deleted — you simply cannot add new ones until the count is back within the limit.
- Payments for the period already running are not refunded, except where the applicable law requires it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to break the security of the system, access data belonging to another user, place an unreasonable load on the service, or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. Limitation of liability
The figures shown are calculated from the data you enter. Farming decisions remain your responsibility. We are not liable for business losses arising from decisions based on the reports in this application, including where the input data was mistaken or the service was disrupted.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be free of interruption. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
9. Account termination
We may terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time; export your data first.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Significant changes are announced by email or by a notice inside the application.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
